Serves: 4
Ingredients:
25g plain chocolate, chopped
4 portions soft vanilla ice cream
4 meringue nests
4 x 15ml spoons creme de menthe or Royal mint chocolate liquer
grated chocolate
Method: Fold the chocolate into the ice cream and spoon a portion into each meringue nest.
Sprinkle the liqueur over the top. Decorate with grated chocolate if liked. Serve immediately. |
