Serves: 4
Ingredients:
3 x 5ml spoons finely chopped mint
125g blue cheese, mashed
1 clove of garlic, crushed
4 x 15ml spoons olive oil
freshly ground black pepper
Method: Stir the chopped mint into the mashed cheese and mix well.
Add the crushed garlic and pepper to taste.
Gradually add the olive oil until you have a creamy, but not runny, consistency. |
