- GardenWorld only considers submissions from garden-related web sites, both UK based and international.
- GardenWorld reserves the right to reject submissions from garden-related web sites for any reason or no reason and will not enter into discussions regarding any decision.
- GardenWorld will not guarantee that a web site will be listed in, or remain in, a specific category or that chosen by the web site owner at the time of submission. The GardenWorld Editorial Team will review a web site submitted for inclusion and classify it accordingly.
- The GardenWorld Links classification system is reviewed periodically and we reserves the right to re-classify a web site on that basis at any time. GardenWorld will not notify web site owners of any changes in classification.
- GardenWorld retains the right to alter or change the design scheme, access structure and content of our site at any time, without the prior knowledge of any web site submitted to the Links Area.
- The GardenWorld Links Area is updated monthly and therefore all links are normally entered onto the site within 28 days of submission. Confirmation of inclusion will only be given if requested at the time of submission.
- A submitted and listed web site will remain until such times as a request to remove is received from the web site owners.
- Should the content of any submitted web sites cease to be purely garden-related or alter in its nature during the course of a listing with GardenWorld or is discovered to be displaying (either directly or indirectly) material of a sexual nature, aggressive or violent content, promoting illegal/criminal activities or discriminating based on gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, race or disability, GardenWorld will remove that link immediately.
- GardenWorld cannot guarantee not to link to web sites that are in competition with a submitted site. Neither will GardenWorld enter into discussion related to listing placement issues.
