Plum Duck Kebabs
Prep and cook time: 30 mins to 1 hour
Serves: 4

Ingredients
2 duck breasts, cubed
15ml spoon soy sauce
2 x 15ml spoons fresh ginger, chopped
Plum sauce
2 x 5ml spoons soft brown sugar
5ml spoon chilli sauce
1 pack medium egg noodles
3 salad onions, shredded

Method
Marinate the duck pieces in the soy sauce, ginger and plum sauce for 30 minutes.

Thread onto skewers and grill for 10-15 minutes until cooked, turning occasionally.

Meanwhile, warm the remaining marinade ingredients in a saucepan, add the sugar and chilli sauce.

Bring to the boil and heat for 5 minutes until syrupy.

Cook the egg noodles according to the pack instructions.

Serve the kebabs on the noddles with the sauce drizzled over and the shredded salad onions sprinkled over the top.
